Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and shipping destination.
From time to time, Prairie Shine may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Prairie Shine is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the shipping address before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Our support team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
