Return & Refund Policy

At Prairie Shine, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage

Our support team will review your submission. If the product is determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival, you will receive either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement product at no additional cost.

Prairie Shine reserves the right to request additional photographs or information before approving a claim.

Returns

Due to the nature of our cleaning and personal-use products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened cleaning products
  • Used brushes or accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
